I wanted to do a quick write up about a resource that I recently located, that I felt might be useful in helping people to organize their notes.

The website is an academic affiliated website and contains an article on five different note-taking systems, including; The Cornell Method, The Outlining Method, the Mapping Method, the Charting Method, and the Sentence Method. Reading over the article will help you to explore new types of note taking while using your note software, NoteScribe.

NoteScribe is already well equipped to help you with the Cornell, Outlining, and Sentence methods of note-taking, as we have a comprehensive outlining tool built within the edit note window.

Video Tutorials Update

I also wanted to point out that we have recently updated our Video Tutorial section. The section is now in an FAQ format, and should be much easier to navigate. Recently, we added videos demonstrating how notes software can benefit students and researchers, and also videos that cover all of the features of NoteScribe Premium, including; Upgrading from Premium and switching back to basic, how to use the NoteScribe calendar, creating multiple databases, using the multiple sources feature, and using the multiple category sets feature.

Today we released an update for NoteScribe. The update includes tweaks to the Edit Category Window, a small issue with the Import function was fixed, we've replaced the old tutorial videos with links to the new ones, and we made a few minor aesthetic changes.

The Edit Category window is now far more condensed, and is easier to navigate. We also updated the Help section with a few minor changes, and a minor aesthetic upgrade. To view a tutorial video of how to work with the new Edit Category window, visit the Edit Category Tree Tutorial Video.

As you have probably noticed, we've continued to have tutorial videos for NoteScribe piling into the NoteScribe Tutorial Videos section. There are still a few left to be created, and all of the videos should be completed and uploaded within the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more videos!
