Retrieve information using the Quick Search Controls, selecting a particular category, source or key word. And the Global Database Search will pull any record which contains a specific word or phrase.

Any file can become part of your NoteScribe data base. Word documents, graphs, charts, or pictures, can all be attached to NoteScribe notes. And copying text from any program, or web page requires just a few simple key strokes with NoteScribe Agent. A small sub program, NoteScribe Agent will launch NoteScribe, anytime you find information you want to save.

With NoteScribe's convenient Source Generator you can select an output report for use in Bibliographies and Footnotes. A wide variety of citation styles are available, including: MLA, APA, Chicago Sytle, Harvard Style, Oxford style, and AMA.

Similar to Microsoft Word, with Notescribe you can use Bold, Underline, Italics, Font Style and Size, and Font Color to call attention to key information. Outline bullet points, and alignment guide you through a lecture, creating a well organized note structure. A spell check feature allows you to focus on what is being said, instead of how accurate your typing is.
